“Cerebrook” – an innovate mobile and web enterprise platform to deliver better communication between employees. Our product will improve employee engagement and will help to increase productivity. It’s first product in a market, that covers most of areas where companies are struggling in employee engagement.

Key features:

Job Zone
This area shows current situation at work. Employee can book holiday and see days of holiday left, fill self-sickness certificate. Also it’s possible to see important notifications from managers.

The Feed
Share, post, like, comment everything whats on your mind and related with company. This area is like a hub, which could be also moderated by an administrator. Let your employees share they moments in easy way.

Photo Gallery
Pictures relates with company activity now can be in one place. Maybe you had Christmas party, corporate event or just a boat trip – keep all photos in one place, so everyone can have easy access.

Videos
This area contains all videos related with company. It can include important announcements, company adverts or just presentations.

Bulletin Board
This area will keep employees up-to-date about what’s happening in a company. Your staff will have a chance to give their opinion or maybe even give advices.

Blog
Read your company all your company blog feeds here without trying to find them separately. Blog integrates the company’s blog RSS feed to keep employees aware of external communications.

Social Media
This section contains all company social media channels links in one place, so no need to have multiple bookmarks in your browser anymore.

Events Calendar
Allows the promotion of company events, watching webcasts with linked documents and add events to personal phone calendar. Events are added by the company via the dashboard.

Communities
This section can separate workers, managers, sales, directors etc. into different communities, so it’s possible to have private and secured group chat within members you approved.

Contacts
This area allows to see all members of staff and see their details. Managers can modify the list, import / export users. Here it’s also possible to categorize staff, administrate roles etc.

Quiz Game
This area holds the various company quizzes and allows employees a chance to submit possible questions themselves.

Training & Coaching
Here is a section where company can provide courses or opportunities to do coaching. Maybe someone of staff wants to make Developer-Evening on Friday evening – here is the place to publish that.

Rewards
This section allows to reward active employees. I.e. employee writes 10 posts a week, actively comments content, so in the end of the week company can provide gift voucher.

Survey
This section contains the short surveys for employees to take in order to gather company feedback. This will help to know more about what employees thinks about company activity.

Company News
This area will be an employee hub for posting pictures, short pieces of information, and videos regarding company news and employee work videos, which could be moderated by an administrator.

Questions & Answers
Employees can post questions to senior executives/admins via a form. These questions are moderated and if the moderator chooses, they can post the question and their answer or send the answer only to the original sender.

Company
Most important information about company i.e. mission, vision, targets. You would be surprised how many employees don’t know key information about the company.

Library
This area provides all documents, images, videos etc. related with company. All files are protected via permissions and roles, so managers can choose who can see what.

Feedback
Personalized or anonymous feedbacks can give you better view about things happening in a company. To improve work environment is easier when you know what the problems are.
